Shipping & Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of being placed.

Your parcel will ship via the USPS

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based upon the size and weight of the product(s) ordered and the delivery location. Prior to the final checkout page you will be able to review shipping and handling fees prior to proceeding to submission of payment.  

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder we will ship the portion of the order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the remainder of the order. You will not be charged shipping and handling for second shipment.

Returns

We of course want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you would like return or need to exchange an item, we are asking you to send an email to customerservice@tri-loop.com to request the return or exchange. This will allow for the option to dialogue and best meet your needs.  If a return or exchange is authorized, a return form and address label will be provided via email.

·      Returns of unused items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase.

·      Returned items will not be accepted and credit will not be issued without prior approval.

·      All returns must include completed return form

·      All returned items are subject to review before credit is issued

·      Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items

·      Authorized returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

·      No returns can be accepted after 30 days past invoice date.

We stand by our product, and in the unlikely event the product is found defective we will certainly offer an exchange if within 30 days from the date of purchase.
